Steps to
Crake Entrance Examination of AMU in 1 Month
Notice: This is only guide for preparation for AMU entrance
examination, We will only tell you the tips and tricks to revise those topics
which you have learnt earlier in the school and Cochin, and which is more
probability to come in the examination.

NCERT Math of class 8.

NCERT Science of class 8.

NCERT Urdu of class 8.

English grammar of class 8. (Any)

TIPS AND
TRICKS
1. Give Time: first of all you have to give much
time on your studies so that you can cover all the contents, important in exam.
5 hours in a day is needed, you can also give more time if you can. It is
not more hard 2 hrs in morning and 3hrs in evening.
2. Disturbance: Now in this time you have to stop all
the disturbance and you should focus only on your studies.
3. Subject you have to focus more: You have
to focus on math and science more because 30 marks of both the subject are
asked in the exam so you will have the opportunity in scoring more in exam.
Also focus in Urdu because 4 to 5 marks is necessary for your qualification.
4. Math practice: You have
to practice math every day from NCERT book at least 1 hrs because it improves
your speed which saves much time in exam for doing other questions and it also
help to memories the topics in math.
5. Topics which you have to practice in math more(more
probability in coming in exam): Profit and Loss(high probability), compound
Interest(high probability), Algebra, linear equation in two variable, questions on LCM and HCF, Percentage, Volume
and Surface Area of solids(high probability), Rational number, Factorization.
***Buy a
small 5Rs copy and write the whole math formulas and important points from your
class 8 math book***
6. Science: For your science studies do not waste
time by solving more and more numerical in physics from other books solve only
from NCERT. The whole types of question comes in exam are theoretical, based on
theory from book. So you have to focus on reading only NCERT science line to
line and mark every important points on the book by underline it with pen or
pencil or by highlighter.
7. The chapters from where more no of questions
are asked in exam are:
Physics: Sound,
Force and Pressure, Light, Chemical effect of electric current, Stars and solar
system (less probability).
Chemistry: Synthetic
fibers and Plastics, Material Metals and Non Metals, Coal and petroleum.
Biology: All the
chapters in bio is necessary so please revise all the important lines and
points.
8. When you
start science for revise target to cover one whole chapter in one day in one or
one and half hour. If you can able to do this then in only 18 to 20 days your
whole science get revised and you are left with 10 or more days to revise more
and more.
Calculation:
Now
you have given 1 Hrs in math and 1 Hr in science that’s way you have utilized
Your 2 Hrs and now you are left with
another 3 Hrs if you read 5 Hrs in day.
Note: Do not
study 3Hrs continuously, use 30 or 20 min gap after every 1Hr of your study
this
will keep your mind fresh.
Now utilize your another 3Hrs in other 3
subjects, like English, Urdu and Hindi. Give 1Hr to each of them.
9. English: For your English preparation, target
to remember at least 10 antonyms and 10 synonyms. One thing, if you get any
word anywhere in anyplace remember it spelling because one question on spelling
are asked every year in exam. Prepare Tense very well and also learn it to make
sentence.

10. Hindi: for your Hindi preparation remember
all the names of writer’s from all the chapters and the names of the chapter especially
of poems from NCERT Hindi book. Remember at least 10 to 15 Idioms (muhawara), synonyms
(pryawachi sabd) and antonyms (wiprit sabd). Learn all the basic grammar parts
like, types of tense types of verb and adverb etc.

11. Urdu: For your Urdu preparation, you have
to buy NCERT Urdu of class 9. If you do not have then buy it, I have also provide
you some important things in the link below. First of all you have to remember
all the names of the writer’s from all the chapters and poems. Most important
thing is that read the chapters carefully and learn all the important inside
questions from stories and poems. Remember at least 10 to 15 idioms (), and
singular and plural words (wahid and jmaa). Also learn basic of noun pronoun
verb etc. its translation in Urdu and meaning of it.

***Last one week before
you exam***
In last one week before your exam do not take much
more stress, live freely, do not think more and more about exam. Revise the things which you had underlined or
marked, and from the copy which you had made for math’s formulas.
